2011 is just around the corner (that was fast) and looking back at 2010 I must say that I am very happy with what has been achieved. Although I have set some initial goals early 2010, some were updated or trashed, to adapt for the changes that 2010 has proven necessary. The message that I want to convey with you is the most important lesson I learned during 2010. Simply put, it is, PLAN AND TAKE ACTION. If you have been visiting iBlogZone for a while now, you should know that these are words that I use often. While this appears to be an obvious thing to do, many fail to do it. So again and in simple words, for 2011, take your time to:

Plan your goals, define your objectives, act accordingly (or execute) and monitor your progress. Re-adapt your plans and then, rinse and repeat. Don’t quit. Nothing is easy, but determination and perseverance will take you there.

In 2010, iBlogZone has been blessed with the support of family members, friends, regular readers, blog hoppers, social networks, guest bloggers, general supporters, and the list just goes on. This is the time where I say out loud, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I would have not made it possible without all of you.

  • Hey DiTesco,

I think there may be a few posts I’ve missed … will have to check and see. 😉

I definitely will be checking out your interviews! Hey, maybe I can do a video interview of you in the new year? … If you are up to it. 🙂

If we don’t speak before then, see you next year. 😉

    • Hi Michele. Video is somewhat outside of my comfort zone ;-), but I’ll give anything at least one shot and see how it goes. Let’s 🙂

Right back at you. If we don’t talk before year end, I’ll definitely see you next year. Pop that cork, will you 🙂 Happy 2011

  • I am very much interested reading your post about Home based business, it’s really a good idea what you have shared about your post. I will follow some of your previous post which i’v missed.

    • Thanks Rahul for dropping by. I hope you had a wonderful holiday and all geared up and excited for the year to come. Happy 2011 and hope to see more form you in the future

  • Hi DiTesco,

It’s been great to know you and i believe we will cross more paths in 2011. Definitely will be checking out some of the past but valuable posts. Looking forward too to set some plans, execute them and monitor their progress in 2011. Here’s to a great 2011 for all of us.

    • Right back at you Lye. I am sure that our paths will “continue” to cross more in 2011. Now that we have in 2010, there is no way you are getting rid of me that easily 🙂 A great 2011 for you and your love ones. Until next year!

  • DiTesco – I am a little new to your blog, but I will enjoy taking a look at all your previous articles. If they’re as helpful to me as your post on the “Top SEO WordPress Plugins” then I know they’ll be worth the read. Also, liked this quote “Nothing is easy, but determination and perseverance will take you there.” That is true when it comes to anything in life and the online world is no different. I hope you have a powerful 2011 year as well.

    • Hi Kerry. I’m glad you found the SEO plugins useful. Hopefully there will be some other articles that will please you too. As for the quote, could not agree with you more. It is true in just about anything in life. Have a great 2011 and I hope to see more from you here in the future.

  • Hi Francisco,
I am glad you had a great year in 2010 and I hope you will accomplish you goals in the year to come.

I always want to make some kind of plans for the next year, but I never get to make them and just make them as I go. I assume this is something that may lower my productivity, but it’s just my way.

I hope you have a great New Year, in case this is the last time we talk and may all your plans become reality!

    • Hi Alex. Thanks for you wishes and I hope you to have a great new year. As for your plans, hey, do they work for you that way? If it does, then stick to it. Nobody says that exceptions aren’t allowed, lol. and actually, making them as you go is a plan, the tactic is what is different, so there you have it. More power to you.

  • Hi Francisco.

Sometimes the simplest of advices can prove the most important. Both planning and taking action are really essential if you want to push your business further and achieve something. Even planning itself is useless if you don’t put the plan, you’ve come up with into action. I honestly had planned a lot for 2010, but things turned out in such a way that a lot of those things were left undone. Have already made some planning for 2011. Soon it’ll be time for acting.

Thanks for sharing the list of articles by the way. The one with 20 high PR directories was exactly what I was searching for. Great!

Best wishes for 2011 and happy holidays! 🙂

    • Hi Daniel. I have to admit that making plans is nor the hard part but rather acting upon them is. I guarantee you one thing though, despite leaving some things undone, you will still stand out from the many others that simply don’t plan at all. May 2011 be filled with happiness and I wish you much success towards achieving your goals. Happy New Year!

  • Home based business is very difficult to start. It looks that it is very easy and you can make money from home however you have to do really hard work initially.

  • Hi DiTesco, a builder just doesn’t put up a building. You need a plan. You need a architect to make that plan.

Same goes for an online business. You must design your plan and then go and build your “building” from that plan, without it there are no guide lines to get you to where you want to go.

    Terry Conti

    • Hi Terry. You could have not exemplified that one better 🙂 I know that for a fact as my brother is an Architect and so he says the same thing over and over. I have to lay out a plan on how to remodel that … Once the plan is prepared, the execution goes into motion. Happy new year and thanks for dropping by.

  • Well said Ditesco my mom always says if you fail to plan then you plan to fail you have mentioned a very important point there take action and evaluate that is the best way to measure our success good luck in the new year

  • Hi DiTesco, happy new year and very appreaciat for this great list,

Home business and money / time free is the biggest plan in my 2011!! Some gurus said it’s very easy and some said it’s difficult to start!!!

Hope I can get the chance before 2012 🙂

  • I am looking forward to more of your blog posts this year. We are all hoping for achieving our goals this year plus a little extra success if everything goes really well. Great share DiTesco! Happy New Year! 😀

  • Tremendous resources! I especially liked the Google’s Best SEO Tips and found some things I wasn’t doing correctly. Hopefully it’s make my SEO better. Def bookmarking your blog for future reference.
