Google Privacy Changes, Trust Triggers, SEO, Speedlink 04:2012

Hello everyone. Hope you all had a great week. Following last weeks buzz about Google’s algorithm changes, Matt Cutts has clarified the issue about displaying too much ads above the fold. What it boils down to is that it is really not the quantity of the ads that matter, but rather the “space” those ads occupy, meaning, the sizes of the ads itself. Hesham wrote a post about this issue, so just head over there and read Google’s above the fold clarification.

Yet again from Google, this week, they announced that they are getting rid of over 60 different privacy policies across Google they now have and are replacing them with just one. According to Google, the changes will be a lot shorter and easier to read, covering multiple products and features, reflecting their desire to create one simple and intuitive experience across Google. If you are not aware of this, take a few minutes to read the updated Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you are using Google (any product or service), you automatically abide by these terms effective March 1, 2012.

What do think about these change?

Anyway, and as usual, in no particular order:
