Google+ For Business: Infographic

Google+ has been around for several months now and there are some people and businesses who are still quite biased as to whether it makes sense or not to be part of the Google+ social network.

Quick answer? Yes! It’s no news that Google’s search engine results are now returning Google+ related activities. If you are doing some form of business online, it pays off to be on Google+. Obviously, as with anything social, just having a Google+ profile or a page won’t cut it. It still requires engagement, nurturing relationships and all the “social media best practices” you can think of.

Anyway, following below is an infographic of what Google+ can do for you. It contains some interesting insights and several marketing points spread around it. Look at the “tips for quick success” carefully as it offers some interesting tips. Hopefully, this will help you understand better how Google+ can help you take your business goals to the next level.

  • Well well, Google+ is the one not to be missed for sure. There’s no doubt. But given that Facebook and Google+ are rolling out new features almost simultaneously (competing with each other) most people are quite confused and lost 🙂 But ya, Google+, because it is “Google” should not be missed!

    • Got it right there Jane, Google+ is Google, and that in itself already means a lot 🙂

    • I completely agree with your views here. Google Plus is not much useful when it comes to personal social networking, however, when it comes to Business , it is more useful than Facebook 🙂

  • I see that 60% of Google members log in daily, while twitter only have 50% in the infographic.
But I don’t think that is a fair benchmark, since Google have 20+ services you can log in to, while people logging in to twitter only use one service.
If we had seen the amount of Google users logging in to +1 and interacting, I think the number would have been different.
Anyway I think G+ in the best place to be for bloggers. The reason is the close connection with the search results, both G+1, your world and possible ranking benefits..

    • I agree Bjorn. These “benchmarks” can sometimes be misleading and in some cases are “propaganda”… Nonetheless, having a “good” presence on G+ seems to be a right move 🙂

  • Whatever has to do with Google cannot be ignored, even though Google+ is not so widely used as Facebook or Twitter it still has a lot of potentials and space to grow since it’s supported by the most popular search engine in the world Google itself. So having a Google+ presence is certainly a must for any blogger or online business…

    • Yes, you’re right. Definitely not to be missed and the potential of Google+ is very high. With all the features, I believe it can go far and beyond everyone’s expectation.

    • Can’t agree with you more. Google+ IMO has tremendous potential specially now that they are integrating it in their results…

  • Yes this is absolutely true. Now a days in this social media age Google+ and Facebook leading the online as well as offline businesses with faster rate. These two leaders of social media are in huge competition driving the business. You above information are really helpful for those have missed Google+ features. Thanks a lot for sharing.

    • Welcome Kevin. Thanks for stopping by

  • Google+ Is awesome. but as i think that google+ can’t beat facebook. As facebook is #1 social networking website ..

    • Hi Jafar. FaceBook is great and IMO, if at all possible, I think that one should try to be active n both of them. You never know which ones will be more efficient, business wise……

  • I had use Google +. It has lots of features. It works like Social Networking.I like it.I think if we have blog then we can link our blog to it.I am not sure,I had use this yet.Google is developing more.
